Our factory was established in 2005 and is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China-just 2 hours from Shenzhen port for fast logistics.

3. Do you support OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We offer both OEM (custom branding) and ODM (custom design). Our R&D team collaborates closely with clients to bring ideas to life.

4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? And minimum order value (MOV)?

Standard MOQ is 500-1, 000 units, depending on product type and customization. We're flexible and welcome trial orders for new partners. However, the MOV mus reach USD15000 for each shipment to reduce the unit transportation cost.

5. Can you produce samples based on our design? What's the lead time and cost?

Yes. Sample lead time is typically 5-10 working days. Simple samples may be free; Complex ones incur a nominal fee (refundable on bulk order).

6. Do your products comply with international standards like CE, GS, RoHS, REACH, or FDA?

Yes. Our products meet CE, GS, RoHS, REACH, and other relevant standards. We provide test reports from SGS, TÜ V, etc., upon request.

7. How do you ensure product quality during manufacturing?

We implement strict QC at every stage-raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final AQL sampling (typically Level II, 2.5/4.0), following ISO 9001 procedures.
