Keep your paper shredder blades sharp and lubricated with our Targeted Shredder Care solution. We provide blade lubricant, cleaner and oil packets specifically designed to properly maintain shredder blades-the most critical components affecting performance.
Our shredder blade lubricant contains natural oils that penetrate blades to reduce friction, prevent overheating and keep cutting cylinders functioning properly. Apply 1-2 drops of lubricant to each shredder entry point at least once a month using the dropper included in our solution. Lubricating shredder blades minimizes wear and tear for faster shredding and less jams.
To remove built-up residue from shredder blades, use our shredder blade cleaner. Formulated to be non-toxic and odorless, this cleaner dissolves paper dust, bits and clogs that dull blades and hinder shredding effectiveness. Apply 5-10 drops across shredder entry points and run 2-3 empty sheets to clean. For tough clogs, let the cleaner soak in for several minutes before running sheets through. Clean shredder blades at least every other month based on frequency of use.
